At the core of the exhibit is a light-duty stacker crane-based mini-load ASRS, engineered for handling totes and cartons in high-density storage environments. The system demonstrates precise automated storage and retrieval, enabling efficient management of diverse SKUs while maximizing space utilization.

The system features customizable tote sizes and configurations, including multiple dividing options such as 2-cell, 4-cell, and cross configurations. With flexible load handling and adaptable gripper attachments, it supports a wide range of product types and operational requirements.

Integrated with the ASRS is an intelligent conveyor system, enabling smooth and continuous material flow from storage to picking zones—bringing a complete goods-to-person workflow to life.

A key highlight of the booth is its interactive experience. Visitors can engage directly with the system through a live Warehouse Management System (WMS) interface, allowing them to:

• Trigger real-time order picking
• Initiate tote and carton retrieval
• Experience goods-to-person workflows firsthand.

While the booth will feature a live mini-load system, LOG-X Systems offers a comprehensive portfolio of stacker crane solutions, including medium-duty systems for higher load capacities and unit load (pallet) ASRS designed for large-scale, high-density storage.
